EBHO’s 23rd Annual Affordable Housing Week: May 11th- May 19th, 2019
EVENT GUIDELINES and PROPOSAL FORM
DEADLINE: Friday, February 1, 2019
Each May for over 20 years, EBHO and our partners have reached thousands of people during Affordable Housing Week (AHW). The week’s events highlight the benefits that affordable housing brings to communities, the need for more affordable homes in our communities, and the community power being built for housing justice in the East Bay. AHW has become a much-anticipated way to advance our collective work through greater public visibility and education, outreach to decision makers, and organizing for change.
EBHO will promote and support 15-20 events during Affordable Housing Week May 11th –May 19th, 2019.
If you would like your event to be featured as part of Affordable Housing Week, please read through this information and submit the attached form by February 1, 2019. You do not need all of the details at this date, but you do need to have a good sense of your event planning and LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. We strongly encourage you to contact Kiki Poe with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org or 510-663-3830 ext. 330. All requests must come from current 2018 EBHO members.

If your event is selected as part of Affordable Housing Week 2019, EBHO will provide:

Please provide us with the following information to the best of your knowledge. Some event details can be worked out later in February, but only event ideas submitted by the February 1 deadline will be considered for inclusion on the Affordable Housing Week calendar poster.
