In 2021, EBHO pivoted our main educational tool from our Affordable Housing Guidebook into a virtual Study Room.
The Study Room is an online learning portal which allows readers to take a deep dive into learning about how our current conditions of housing inequity came to be and what we can do to build the world we need.
Created by EBHO and rooted in East Bay examples, The Study Room shares information about the people, places, history, and terminology of affordable housing advocacy.
Each May for Affordable Housing Month we launch an updated version of the Study Room complete with the newest research and articles needed to learn about affordable housing advocacy.
We welcome new sponsors for the Study Room in May, whose advertisements will run from May 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024.
By advertising in the Study Room you are not only supporting our work to use knowledge as a path to justice, but you are reaching an audience of thousands of interested readers. Last year, the Study Room saw over 6,000 unique pageviews, far beyond our reach with a print guidebook. These views came from local journalists, advocates, EBHO members, and people searching for queries such as "What is affordable housing Bay Area?"
