Get ready to party with EBHO! Tickets are now on sale for our 2025 Affordable Housing Month Kickoff Celebration!
Our annual Kickoff Celebration is our biggest event of the year. Join us on Wednesday, May 7th in Oakland for a night of food, drinks, networking with others interested in creating a better East Bay, and honoring several of our Affordable Housing Heroes.
EBHO Staff and Resident Community Organizing Program (RCOP) Members, and our friends from Northern California Land Trust (NCLT) and Supportive Housing Community Land Alliance (SHCLA) at last year's Kickoff Celebration!
Event Details
Venue: The Overlook at Port Workspaces, 344 20th St, Oakland, CA 94612

Access Information: The Overlook at Port Workspaces is a fully accessible space. Our Kickoff celebration will take place out the terrace and is accessible by both elevator and escalator.
Transit and Parking Information: The Overlook is a 5-minute walk from 19th Street BART, and accessible via several AC Transit bus lines. Street parking is available but limited, and free after 6 PM. There is also plenty of parking at the neighboring Kaiser Center Parking Garage (300 Lakeside) at a rate of $5 per 30 minutes or $28 for all day.
COVID-19 Safety: We will continue to monitor for spikes in COVID cases and adjust our COVID policy accordingly. The event will be held outside and masking will be optional. As always, please stay home if you are not feeling well, and take care!
