Sponsor EBHO's new Study Room in 2021! Our new Study Room replaces the printed Affordable Housing Guidebook we have created for more than a decade while retaining the same goal - to serve as a knowledge base for our members and supporters, to educate the public about what affordable housing in the East Bay looks like and who lives there and share information about how we can create the just, thriving communities we need. The study room will be a hub of new evergreen content created by EBHO and our members and share valuable research and education tools created by others.

Your sponsorship supports our ability to create this knowledge base, sharing information on:

+ what works to end homelessness

+ analysis of the East Bay's racially unjust and economically stratified housing system was created

+ strategies to expand affordable housing at the regional level

+ organizing tactics to build power

+ what different types of affordable housing look like in the East Bay

+  stories of people who live in affordable housing

This educational tool will support our ongoing work to ensure stable affordable homes for all low-income people rooted in just and thriving communities throughout the East Bay by helping to take informed and purposeful action. 

Our Affordable Housing Month Kickoff event this year is scheduled for Thursday, May 13th! We will debut the Study Room at this event! 

How the Study Room Will Be Designed
The study room will have one main page and six sub-pages listing articles, podcasts, and informational videos to better understand the problems our communities face and how we can repair them. Last year’s Digital Affordable Housing Guidebook has had more than 1,400 views; we anticipate the Study Room will have many more views than our past guidebooks because of the more robust, evergreen educational content the Study Room will provide. We invite sponsorship of the study room for 2021 in the form of a logo or advertisement placement and tagging on social media. Please, see the description of sponsorship/advertisement levels below. Study Room Sponsorship Rates

Tier 1 Sponsor:  Member sponsorship rate: $2,100 Non-Member sponsorship rate: $2,500

Design size:  Rectangle 1020 x 512 px. 

• Tier 1 Sponsors and funding partners will have their logos featured on a pop-up box of the Study Room thanking our sponsors of the Study Room. This box will initiate after the reader has scrolled through 80% of the page and be live until 2022’s Affordable Housing Month. 
• Rectangular advertisement or logo (1020 x 512 px) featured in the top lines of sponsorship on the Study Room landing page and 3 sub-pages. The image will hyper-link to your chosen web-page. 
• Logo included in the sponsorship section of each of the sub-pages not including your advertisement.  
• Your logo will be included in our email blast announcing the Study Room in Early May.  
• Mentioned in our “Thank you to our sponsors” via tagging on social media (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) when we announce the Study Room in Early May. 

Tier 2 Sponsor:  Member sponsorship rate: $1,350 Non-Member sponsorship rate: $1,550

• Tier 2 Sponsors will have your advertisement or logo content (900 x 500 px) placed with one other piece of content on 2nd tier of lines in the sponsorship section of 3 sub-pages.The image will hyper-link to your chosen web-page.

• Your logo will be included in our email blast announcing the Study Room in Early May.

Tier 3 Sponsor: Member sponsorship rate: $625 Non-Member sponsorship rate: $700

Tier 4 Sponsorship Rate: $300

• Your logo will be listed at the bottom of the Study Room landing page and six sub-pages of the study room.
